Distribution Licenses
Once commercial usage begins, you and/or your client must hold the appropriate license to have the right to use the font software purchased.
Trial
A trial license is available for trial purposes. A distribution license is required once commercial usage begins for the category it concerns. (If it’s used in an app, app license is required, web, web license, etc.)
Desktop
If you are creating documents, artwork, or other materials with this font you are required to have this license. If you are distributing this font via a tool like Figma, or Framer, you will need one license per user per year.
Web
If you distribute this font via a server (aka, using this on a website), you are required to have this license. This license must be held and purchased annually.
Embed
If you distribute this font via a software device such as a mobile app, desktop app, or ebook you are required to have this license. This license must be held and purchased annually.
Broadcast and Social
If you are using this font for any broadcast media such as television, movies, or social media applications, you are required to hold this license. This license must be held and purchased annually.
Space
If you are putting this font on a spaceship, you'll need this license.
Prohibited Usage
You may not distribute this font software as your own.
You may not resell this font.
You may not transfer this license to any third party, including subsidiaries, acquirers, or in connection with mergers or acquisitions, without prior written consent.
You may not modify the original font file. You may not modify the font file itself and start adding or modifying glyphs.
You may not create derivatives from original font file (e.g. You may not create web fonts from the desktop file etc.)
You may not use this font for political messaging, campaigning, lobbying, or by political parties, political organizations, or political action committees without prior written consent and payment of additional licensing fees to be determined at TrashType's sole discretion.
You may not use this font for content that promotes, advocates, or incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics.
You may not use this font for content that could reasonably be considered hate speech under applicable law.
You may not use this font for materials that promote violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
You may not use this font for any use that TrashType determines, in its sole discretion, is inconsistent with its values or brand.
Violation of these restrictions shall result in immediate license termination and liquidated damages of $25,000 per instance.
Terms
This Agreement is effective in perpetuity. TrashType reserves the right to audit or request compliance reports at any time. Breaching of any terms grants TrashType the right to charge you the cost of a license covering your actual usage of the Fonts on a per-infringement basis and without discounts, and/or terminate the license.
TrashType reserves the right to monitor public use of its fonts and may require immediate cessation of prohibited uses upon notice. Licensee agrees to provide usage documentation upon reasonable request.
This Agreement shall be governed by New York State law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New York State courts. Licensee consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
In addition to license termination, violations of Prohibited Uses shall result in:
• Liquidated damages of $25,000 per violation.
• Recovery of TrashType's attorney's fees and costs.
• Injunctive relief to prevent continued violations.
• Public disclosure of the violation at TrashType's discretion.

Warranty
TrashType LLC makes no warranties. Fonts are offered on an as-is basis. If you encounter an issue or problem with Fonts, TrashType will try to provide a fix or replacement within 60 days of being notified. If the issue cannot be remedied, TrashType may offer to refund you at their discretion, at which point this Agreement will immediately terminate.
TrashType shall never be liable to you or any other third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Fonts, even if notified in advance.
Under no circumstances shall TrashType’s liability exceed the cost of the license you purchased. You agree to indemnify and hold
TrashType harmless from and against any claims or damage which may result from your misuse of the Fonts or breach of this Agreement.
